Need to report a lost, damaged or missing item?
If you are a current customer and are reporting a lost, damaged, or missing title, please call 1-888-583-8333 to report the item and get replacement or next shipment options. If calling after hours, please leave a message with your account name, the title being reported, and the reason the item is being reported.
Need to change your plan, address or billing information?
To change your rate plan, shipping address or update your billing information click on the My Account tab at the top of this page. There you can edit your account and make any changes necessary.

Need to request a title?
To request a title, use the “Request a Book” link underneath the Categories box when browsing our titles. If the item is available in audiobook format and there are enough requests for the title, you should see the item appear in our New Titles section shortly thereafter.
